Operation:

• Both the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit operate on natural gas.

• Insert the fireplace key and turn it slightly clockwise to release gas. Use the fireplace lighter to ignite the fire.

• Adjust the fire to your desired level:

  • Turn clockwise to increase the flame.

  • Turn counterclockwise to decrease the flame.

• To turn off, turn the fireplace key fully to the left until the gas is completely shut off.

Important Rules:

• No wood, roasting marshmallows, or ashing cigarettes in the fire pit.

• A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for any violations.
